Description
This Pacamara Natural microlot is grown by Antonio Ulises Lemus on his Loma Pacha farm in El Salvador. Loma Pacha is a small, 2-manzana farm. The coffee is grown at 1450 MASL. The Natural process, where the coffee is picked ripe, sorted, and dried on raised beds or patios for a month or more, is something of an experiment but is increasing in popularity in El Salvador. The Pacamara variety is a cross between Pacas and Maragogype. The cup features notes of Apricot jam and Butterscotch Toffee.
