This exceptional coffee from the Shuangjiang region of Yunnan, China, is a showcase of visionary farming. It is a Hybrid Geisha developed on The Nest Manor’s “Xingxing” plot (1,450-1,650 MASL) through careful cross-pollination to create a variety that retains the iconic, delicate floral notes of Geisha while boasting improved resilience and yield.

The Washed process ensures a clean, sparkling cup that delivers an elegant and delicate profile. Expect clear notes of Green Tea, a subtle, comforting Raw Sugar sweetness, and bright Floral aromatics.

The Nest Manor intentionally cultivated this hybrid population by planting pure Geisha alongside other varietals (Typica, Sarchimor, Bourbon).
